Return & Refund, Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At NOVEY, every garment is specially made-to-order and crafted according to your selected size and custom measurements. Since we create each piece exclusively for you, our policies ensure fairness while maintaining the quality and hygiene standards of a premium made-to-order brand.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, only if the production has not begun. Cancellations after this window cannot be accepted due to the nature of custom production.

• If cancelled within 24 hours → Full refund.

Return & Exchange Terms

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. We offer ONE time free exchange in case of sizing issues. Once your request is approved, NOVEY will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.

• We request a short note on the reason of return, so we can assist you better. Once the return is accepted, pickup will be free of cost. Approved refunds will be processed excluding the handling and shipping charges.
• Custom-made pieces created from scratch and discounted items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are available for these items as per our exchange policy.

Eligible reasons for exchange:

• If the product is damaged or defective.
• If the product has manufacturing defects.
• If the product has size issues.
• Customer must provide unboxing video of the product.

NOTE: The product must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in its original packaging.

Alterations

At NOVEY, all garments are made to order based on the measurements provided at the time of purchase. Each piece is carefully constructed to ensure accurate fit and finish.

In the event that a minor fit adjustment is required, alteration support may be provided under the following terms:

• If the alteration is required due to a construction or measurement error on our part, the alteration cost will be borne by NOVEY.
• If the alteration is required due to incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, the alteration and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Alterations are applicable only for minor fit adjustments and do not include design changes.
• Alteration support is available only once per order.
• Requests for alterations must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and details.

As all garments are made to order and custom-fit.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Only after the returned product is received and inspected. If the item fails inspection, the refund will be rejected and the garment will be shipped back to the customer.

Policy Modification

NOVEY reserves the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time. All changes will apply to new orders placed after the updated date.
